Unfortunately no. We are limited by NCAA rules prohibiting us from offering individual based financial assistance to our camps.
Refunds will only be issued if cancellation is made prior to June 1. The $100 deposit will not be refunded for any reason.
Camp will be run by Georgia Tech head coach Bruce Heppler and assistant coach, Brennan Webb. He will be assisted by trusted area/college coaches. Background checks are performed on all staff.
Camp will be held at the Golf Club of Georgia located at 1 Golf Club Dr, Alpharetta, GA 30005.
Campers are required to bring the following: golf attire, golf shoes, clubs, and balls. There is a strict dress code at the club - NO t-shirts or cargo shirts are permitted. We will be supplying range balls, lunch, and a gift pack. We also encourage campers NOT to bring valuables with them to camp if possible.
While spending money is not required, parents are encouraged to provide some money for miscellaneous extra snacks and drinks.
No, we do not require a physical to attend the camp. All the medical info we need is asked on the registration form.
The only transportation services we provide is a shuttle from Georgia Tech to the Golf Club of Georgia and back. There is a $50 charge for the shuttle for the entire week.
Campers are permitted to have cell phones at camp as long as they are not out during instructional times. If you cannot reach your camper via their cell phone in an emergency, please contact Brennan Webb at 404-951-5407.
Lunch will be provided each day. If there is a food allergy that we need to be aware of, please contact us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
Yes, licensed collegiate trainers are on site at all times to attend to any illness or injuries. Please note: Campers requiring the use of inhalers or medications of any kind are solely responsible for administering their own meds.
